"Tara Books: The Art of Handmade Books"
TARA BOOKS is a publisher based in Chennai, India. This exhibition will feature their representative silkscreen works, as well as works created using letterpress printing, a technique they have been focusing on since 2020.
We will also display and sell a variety of TARA BOOKS publications, including beautiful art books and postcards. We look forward to your visit!

[About TARA BOOKS]
TARA BOOKS collaborates with artists and artisans to create books based on ethnic arts and traditional cultures from various regions of India. Their distinctive approach is the art of handmade books.
Each book is carefully crafted using techniques such as silkscreen printing and hand-binding. The resulting books are not only for reading but also works of art that can be enjoyed through their feel and texture. In recent years, in addition to silkscreen printing, they have also been exploring letterpress printing, expanding their range of expression.
